We, the employees of Jugteshwar Hospitality & Services Pvt Ltd and Royser Foundation Global, feel it is our duty to alert all partners, clients, and future job applicants to the harsh realities inside this company.

For over 6 months, employees across departments — IT, HR, Admin, and Marketing — have not received their salaries, despite continued work and dedication.

Many of us were originally part of The Royal Avenue project but were later forced to work under Royser Foundation without explanation. We were told that if we did not make sales, we would not be paid at all.

Even after achieving and exceeding targets, the company and its leadership — especially Mr. Jugteshwar Singh — failed to process salaries or show any accountability.

The consequences are devastating. One of our HR team members who is 8 months pregnant has continued working under financial stress with no support. I myself have faced delays in paying my college tuition fees due to withheld payments.

Employees are being overworked, emotionally drained, and financially abused. The silence and inaction from the leadership are not just unethical — they are morally and professionally unacceptable.

We urge everyone reading this — clients, collaborators, and job seekers — to rethink any engagement with this company until these issues are addressed with full transparency and responsibility.
