The following Terms & Conditions govern the use, benefits, and delivery of services under the Eclipse Club Membership (“Membership”). By enrolling, the member agrees to comply with and be bound by these terms.


1. Membership Validity & Scope

  1. The Eclipse Club Membership is valid for the tenure mentioned at the time of purchase and is non-transferable unless expressly stated in writing.

  2. Membership benefits are applicable only to the registered member and eligible accompanying guests as defined per individual benefit.

  3. All benefits are subject to these Terms & Conditions and the policies of respective partner service providers.


2. Benefit Delivery & Fulfilment

  1. All benefits, including discounts, cashback, and complimentary offerings, are delivered through authorised partner networks and a dedicated member support system.

  2. Complimentary benefits are entitlement-based and must be availed within the defined quarterly or annual cycle. Unused benefits do not carry forward unless explicitly stated.

  3. Cashback benefits are credited post successful completion of the eligible service and after verification of the transaction.


3. Hotel Bookings & Accommodation

  1. All hotel bookings, including complimentary stays, are strictly subject to availability at the time of availing the service.

  2. Availability depends on hotel inventory, seasonal demand, blackout dates, and partner hotel policies.

  3. Specific room categories, views, or properties are not guaranteed unless confirmed in writing at the time of booking.

  4. Complimentary stays cannot be redeemed for cash or exchanged for alternative benefits.


4. Dedicated Member Expert Support

  1. Each Eclipse Club member will be assigned a dedicated Member Expert to assist with bookings, benefit redemptions, and service coordination.

  2. All bookings and benefit requests must be routed through the assigned Member Expert to ensure priority handling and accurate fulfilment.

  3. Response timelines and fulfilment depend on the nature of the request, partner confirmation, and availability.


5. Booking & Redemption Guidelines

  1. Advance notice is required for availing most services; the notice period may vary based on the category of benefit.

  2. Last-minute requests may be declined or fulfilled on a best-effort basis only.

  3. Once a booking or benefit is confirmed, cancellation or modification will be governed by the partner’s cancellation policy.

9. Amendments & Modifications

10. Termination & Misuse

  1. Misuse of membership benefits, fraudulent activity, or violation of these Terms & Conditions may result in suspension or termination of the membership without refund.

  2. Termination does not entitle the member to any pending or unused benefits.
